It began in 1969, when our grandfather built his real estate sales career on trust, discipline, and a hands-on approach to helping families buy and sell homes. In 2010, our father entered the industry, bringing real estate into our everyday lives and shaping our understanding of the business from an early stage.
We were immersed in the business long before becoming licensed, working alongside our family through real transactions, client relationships, and deal execution. Today, we combine that proven foundation with modern systems, cutting-edge technology, and structure to deliver a higher standard of consistency and results through Silver Spear Realty.

Silver Spear Realty is built for those who take real estate seriously. We saw that many traditional brokerage models lacked the structure to help agents perform at a high level, while newer cloud-based models removed that structure entirely and let agents fall through the cracks. We built something more balanced, on a strong academic and practical foundation, with both founders educated at the University of Toronto and guided by experienced mentors, including a Harvard MBA closely involved in building the company.
